If you have the Cheetah supplex shorts and sports bra from previous years, it is not required to order a new set.  If you are a new Alliance athlete or have outgrown your "cheetah undergarment" set, it is mandatory to purchase a new one for this season.  In addition, the black sports bra with "A" logo is mandatory for wear under the practice outfits.
